Student Contract
The Student Contract is an important document which binds the school and student. This legal document protects the rights and conditions of the student. Heritage Academy is required to execute a Contract with every student prior to being enrolled in the school. As most of our students are under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian is required to execute the Contract on behalf of the student.
Fee Protection Scheme (FPS Insurance)
The FPS serves to protect the students’ fees in the event that a Private Education Institution (PEI) is unable to continue operating due to insolvency and/or regulatory closure. The FPS also protects the students if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to the students arising from judgment made against it by the Singapore courts. Heritage Academy will purchase FPS Insurance on the students’ behalf.
Heritage Academy has appointed LONPAC Insurance Bhd, a CPE-approved insurance company as the FPS provider for our students.
Medical Insurance
Medical Insurance coverage is provided to all enrolled students. We have selected NTUC Income as the provider with the insurance premium paid for by Heritage Academy.
